Trier. If you love ancient history, this is the place for you. Walk through the city gate and you enter another world. Trier has the distinction of being one of the two cities in Europe containing original Roman buildings and architecture. Combine that with the monuments, churches and surrounding areas and you'll soon see that Trier is an awe inspiring place to visit.

Dusseldorf. A wonderful city from it's shopping streets, Christmas markets, museums and history and food. Each street holds a new adventure and the contrasts between the old and the new are striking.
